- The Client must allow us the opportunity to come back to inspect the issue and fix it, before requesting a refund.
- We will issue a 100% refund up to $1,000.00, upon request from the Client.
- Money-back guarantee voids, if we recommend a service on the original service date, and it gets declined by the Client or a representative of the Client
- Once an account is deemed delinquent, we will forward the account to our Collection Agency. Collection fees will be added to the principal balance.
